Biography

Medicine is not only a science; it is also an art. Not every patient is the same, and as a provider, you have to find what works best for everyone individually.

Natalie Dikun is a certified physician assistant and a member of the New York Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She received her Master of Science in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies in 2021 and her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020 from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. Natalie is also a Pi Alpha Honor Society member and on the Fairleigh Dickinson University PA Program Advisory Committee. She is interested in all aspects of family medicine, especially preventative medicine.

During PA school, Natalie had the opportunity to participate in two medical mission trips with her class: Stafford, England, in March 2019 and Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, in February 2020. In Guatemala, her team traveled to six different underserved villages and provided care and treatment for communities who severely lacked healthcare (including some who had never seen a healthcare provider EVER).

Natalie is originally from Point Pleasant, New Jersey. She enjoys going to the beach when back home, playing with her two dogs, baking, and spending time with friends and family. From childhood until college, Natalie was a competitive gymnast and pole vaulter! Natalie always loved science and medicine growing up, but her sister, who is also a PA, inspired her to become a Physician Assistant herself. From there, Natalie never looked back!

One thing that satisfies Natalie professionally is achieving patient goals and working collaboratively with patients to create a care plan that is most effective for them. Natalie is an active listener and believes that listening to the patient’s needs and understanding their point of view is vital for quality care. She is a caring, compassionate, hardworking provider looking to build long-lasting relationships with her patients.
