Are you (or someone you love) living with diabetes?
Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your blood glucose, also called blood sugar, is too high. It affects about 37 million Americans, including adults and youth. Diabetes can damage the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and heart, and is linked to some types of cancer. Working with our health care professionals who specialize in diabetes care can help you manage your diabetes.
With a passion for spreading awareness and helping our patients improve their health, we’re pleased to introduce an all new educational video series! Hosted by Heather Kleitgen, BSN, RN, CDCES, the series focuses on a variety of topics to help people with diabetes and their caregivers understand and manage their diabetes.
