- 3 days before your appointment, you’ll receive a text or email with a secure link to check-in.
- Follow the instructions for providing the information we need for your upcoming appointment.
- You’ll also have the chance to update your medical information, pay your co-pay, and sign any necessary forms.
- When you arrive at our office for your appointment, scan our QR code in the waiting room to complete your check-in and notify us that you are here.
That’s it! Our new system is designed to reduce wait times and maximize the quality time spent with your provider at our office. Please pay attention to your texts and emails to check in for future appointments and look for the orange check in signs when you enter our office.
How to prepare – make sure we have your accurate cell phone number and email on file for our communications, and please bring your personal device to your appointment to check-in. If you do not have a device, our reception team will assist you.
