Making an Appointment

To make an appointment, call our office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, at (518) 785-5881. You can speak with a receptionist or leave a message for a callback by selecting option 2. If you are a new patient, please select option 5 from our phone menu.

When you schedule your appointment, please make sure the receptionist knows the reason for your visit. Certain problems require different time allotments and are scheduled at particular times. The more information you provide the receptionist, the better, allowing your needs to be addressed.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you must cancel an appointment, we ask that you call us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at that time. Our automated voicemail system is available if you need to cancel your appointment. Dial (518) 785-5881 and select option 1.
